The Four-Stage Process for Driving Results
The foundation of most Chart workshops or deliverables is based on our unique four-stage process that installs a common results-driven system, creates a unified language, and enables accountability with follow-through MAP systems.

Stage 1: Home—Define What You Want
Home assesses where you are, sets missions, goals, or objectives for desired results, and creates standards by which results will be measured. Participants set objectives, standards, and expectations.

Stage 2: Help—Develop Skills and Create a Plan
Help creates a comprehensive action plan for achieving results by assessing resources, developing skills, and coaching performance. Participants learn essential skills in order to achieve goals and prepare for application activities in the Challenge stage.

Stage 3: Challenge—Test Yourself and the Plan
The Challenge stage implements the plan and tests skills through application activities while allowing participants to innovate and creatively influence outcomes. Stakeholders learn how to get “out of the box,” take calculated risks, and drive inspired results beyond expectations.

Stage 4: Prize: Evaluate and reward results.
The Prize stage evaluates performance results: measures growth, provides feedback, gains learning experiences, and gives rewards and recognition for new skills.
