CHART Learning Solutions Delivers Leadership Training for Gordon Institute of Business Science, SA

Vista, CA, August 27, 2015 — Chart Learning Solutions, multi-award-winning provider of learning solutions was selected as the Leadership Development provider for GIBS — the Gordon Institute of Business Science, Johannesburg South Africa.

The Executive Committee at GIBS was cognizant of the integral part that their business support staff perform and the need for these employees to improve their personal leadership skills to assist GIBS in achieving business success. In addition, the downturn in the economic climate resulted in GIBS paying closer attention to their talent pipeline, ensuring that they retain their high potential employees across the school to maintain organizational stability. A needs analysis was conducted, of which the results are depicted in the info graphic below.
