Our story

Built to make L&D
more accessible and effective.

Building an effective learning and development capability can require specialist resources, technology, relevant content, administration, implementation support, and ongoing management.

Chart Learning Solutions was developed to make these capabilities more accessible. Today, our L&D-as-a-Service offering brings them together as a flexible alternative or complement to building a complete internal L&D function.

Our structured approach — Diagnose, Prioritise, Deploy, Prove — helps organisations focus development on the areas that matter and follow progress over time.

Eleven years of bootstrapped development. No external equity capital, no shortcuts, and a continued focus on building practical learning solutions for organisations and international partners.

How we operate

The principles behind
everything we build.

📊

No clear starting point

We don't celebrate completions. We celebrate measurable business outcomes. Every engagement is designed to produce something provable not just impressive.

🎯

Start with the gap

We begin by understanding the organisation's priorities, existing capabilities, and development needs. This may include a structured assessment, management input, existing data, or a defined business requirement.

👥

Managers are the multiplier

L&D without manager reinforcement rarely changes behavior. Our model builds manager accountability into every journey 30, 60, 90 day checkpoints, tracked and visible.

🔒

Trust is non-negotiable

ISO 27001 certified. GDPR compliant. Operating across 90+ countries means data security and privacy are not compliance checkboxes they are operational requirements.

Speed without shortcuts

ChartGO™ deploys in days. But speed does not mean cutting corners on rigour. The methodology is structured precisely so that fast deployment still produces provable results.

🌍

Global reach, local relevance

Headquartered in Sweden. Operating in South Africa and India. 90+ countries through GO1. Global infrastructure, local understanding of the performance challenges that matter.
