EEO Made Simple
EEO law applies to US organizations of 15 or more employees except for age discrimination law which applies to organizations of 20 or more employees. The EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) is tasked with enforcing EEO laws. This agency will come to a finding and then attempt to settle the case with the complainant and the employer.
