Sexual Harassment in Chicago: 1 Hour Course
The City of Chicago’s Human Rights Ordinance requires all employers with employees in Chicago to provide one hour of annual sexual harassment training. This course will allow Chicago employers to comply with the training portion of the law.
This one-hour course has seven sections:
- Federal sexual harassment law
- Illinois sexual harassment law
- Retaliation
- Gender identity harassment and discrimination
- Pregnancy harassment and discrimination
- Electronic harassment and discrimination
- Filing Complaints and Remedies
